From AI platforms and intelligent workflows to healthcare systems, workforce tools and mobile apps. We design, build and deploy enterprise software that drives real outcomes.
Bring us the messy version. A problem, a spreadsheet, a broken workflow, a sketch or a half formed idea is enough.
Or skip all of it and download something we built, live on the App Store now.
An illustrative interface with representative figures, not a live customer deployment. Our real, downloadable software is further down this page.
You do not need a perfect brief
Every other firm will ask you for requirements before they will talk about price. If you had clean requirements you would not need us. So bring the mess instead.
You bring the problem. We work out what to build.

About these thirteen panels. They are illustrative interface patterns showing how we build, with representative figures. They are not screenshots of delivered client systems, because we do not have client systems to show you yet. The real, downloadable software is further down this page and it is labelled as such.
Have a system like one of these in mind?Tell us the messy version. You will get a written architecture back either way.

A proven process that reduces risk, aligns stakeholders and delivers software people actually use. Four of the eight stages happen before a line of code is written, and that is deliberate.

The point is not to code faster. It is to stop building the wrong thing.
The second product was 29 screens, 26 database tables and 7 scheduled jobs, live on the Monday. We have no client outcome numbers to show you yet, so this is the one transformation we can prove line by line: our own.
Why organisations choose us
The software comes out of that. It is a slower start and a much better system, and it is why the first thing we sell is a specification rather than a team of developers.
Most firms build exactly what the brief says, because it is safer and bills the same. We spend the first stage working out what you actually need, and we will tell you when the answer is a smaller system than you asked for.
You sign a written specification with every screen named and the data model drawn, and only then see a fixed price. Walk after that stage and the specification is yours to take anywhere.
Nine rounds of App Store and Play review on a health product, a completed PDPA impact assessment, consent and deletion designed in from the start. On our own licence, not a client's.
Our compliance gaps are published on this page rather than discovered during your procurement. If being told the awkward thing early is worth something to you, that is the whole relationship in a sentence.
Scope your platform
This is how you reach us. It runs the first hour of our discovery process in your browser, so the call starts from your actual requirements instead of a blank page. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press send.
Question one
Plain words, the way you would say it to a colleague. Not a feature list.
Question two
Nearly every enterprise system is one of six patterns underneath. Naming yours is what makes a fixed price possible.
Question three
This sentence decides the architecture. If it is vague here, it is vague in the build.
Question four
This drives the compliance work, and it is the difference between a straightforward build and a regulated one. Not a detail we can add later.
Question five
Choose only what version one cannot launch without. Each adds real money and real weeks, and the band on the right moves as you tap.
Question six
Everyone who touches it, including staff, patients, customers and partners.
Question seven
A real deadline with a reason behind it is useful and we plan around it. A rushed one with no reason behind it only costs more.
Question eight
This is the enquiry. It reaches Chin Hock directly with everything you have just described, so the first reply is about your problem rather than a calendar link.
Indication only
This is a band, not a quotation. A fixed price is issued only after a discovery session, once the specification is written and both sides know what finished means.
Send it and it lands with Chin Hock directly. Or copy it and take it to any firm you like, it is yours either way.
Your numbers, your arithmetic
This does not model our software and it is not a promise of savings. It is your own figures multiplied out, with every assumption on screen so you can argue with it.
Cost of the manual work, per year
Assumptions you are making, not us. 52 working weeks, no seasonality, and an automatable share you chose yourself. We cannot know your real automatable share and neither can any vendor who quotes you one. Treat this as the size of the problem, not the size of the saving.
Enterprise deployment
Data residency is Singapore by default on all three. The difference is isolation, and how much of the stack is yours alone.
Shared cloud
Dedicated private cloud
Sovereign
Investment
Hiding pricing wastes your evaluation time and ours. These are entry points, not quotations. The fixed price for your engagement comes out of the discovery session.
| Engagement | From | Duration | What you own at the end |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discovery session | S$3,750 | 2 weeks | Specification, architecture, data model, roadmap, fixed price. Credited in full against the build |
| Proof of concept | S$17,500 | 4 to 6 weeks | A working system in front of real users, not a prototype |
| Enterprise platform | S$50,000 | 3 to 6 months | The production system, assigned to you on final payment |
| AI operating platform | S$125,000 | 6 to 12 months | Multi-agent automation across several workflows, with guardrails and audit |
| Dedicated infrastructure | Custom | Per engagement | Sovereign or on-premise deployment inside your perimeter |
| Operate and improve | S$1,750 / mo | Rolling | Monitoring, updates, a named person, quarterly roadmap |
Said now rather than in month four
Every firm publishes what it can do. This is the other list, and in our experience it is the one that decides whether you should work with us.
| Not this | Why, honestly |
|---|---|
| Quote a fixed price on a first call | Anyone who does has either padded it heavily or is about to discover they underquoted. Both end badly for you. The price follows the specification |
| Start building without a signed specification | The single biggest cause of enterprise software failure, and it fails slowly enough that nobody notices until month four |
| Claim certifications we do not hold | We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. It is at the top of this page rather than buried, because you will find out during procurement anyway |
| Promise an App Store launch date | Review queues are Apple's timeline, not ours. We can commit to submission-ready. We cannot commit to their reviewer |
| Put generative AI in front of your customers in version one | A wrong AI answer damages more trust than no AI saves effort. It goes behind your staff first, with an audit trail, and reaches customers when it has earned it |
| Sell you a large team you do not need | We are a small senior studio. If your engagement genuinely needs forty people and a programme office, we will tell you and you should buy that instead |
Tan Chin Hock founded LEANERTOGETHER PTE. LTD. Before that he spent two decades running operations and building organisations in Singapore. He is a published author. His work has been covered by Channel News Asia, The Straits Times and Zaobao.
He built a health app that handles personal data. He submitted it and took it through nine rounds of Apple and Google review. He wrote the PDPA impact assessment. He has trained over a thousand professionals.
He has done every part of this himself. That is who you get on the call.
"I ran operations for twenty years before I built software. So we start with how your work actually happens, not with a feature list."

Asked before every engagement
It is the normal starting point and it is the reason the discovery session exists. If you already had clean requirements you would not need us, you would need a contractor. Bring the spreadsheet and the workflow and we will do the rest.
Yes, and it is often the better shape. We do the specification and the hard architectural decisions, your team builds and owns it afterwards. Say so early so we scope the handover properly rather than bolting it on.
You do, on final payment, assigned in writing. Our reusable framework stays ours and you get a perpetual licence to it as part of your system. That split is in the contract before you sign, not discovered later.
No, and it is at the top of this page rather than buried here. We have Singapore data residency, tenant isolation enforced in code, and a completed PDPA impact assessment on our own health product. If a certificate is a hard procurement gate for you, tell us on the first call and we will say so rather than burn your evaluation cycle.
The fixed price comes out of the specification, so the common causes are removed before anyone writes code. Anything genuinely outside the signed spec is a written change order with its own price, agreed before the work starts. You will never receive an invoice for something you did not approve.
A discovery session usually starts within two to three weeks. A build starts when the specification is signed and the deposit clears, never before. We would rather tell you a real date than a comfortable one.
Yes. We also hold a firewall in the other direction: your material never appears in another client's work, in our own products, or in any public artifact, and our access is removed within five working days of handover.
Yes, across South East Asia, and further with a 50 per cent deposit. Data residency stays Singapore by default unless your regulator requires otherwise, in which case we deploy where you need it.
The next step
A two week discovery session, run by the people who would build it. You leave with a written specification whether or not you engage us for the build.
S$3,750, credited in full against the build. Singapore based, working across South East Asia.
